We are not responsible for snow conditions and if the resort is officially open. There are no changes, credits or refunds. It is important to understand that Las Lenas could possibly stay open with only 2 lifts runing and 30% of the runs open.
In case of lack of snow, and if the resort is officially closed or about to become closed, we may cancel the ski week. In this case the option for the guests who have booked services for that week will have the option of:

1.Keep a credit for services booked in Las Lenas to be used at a later date during 2011 ski season (subject to availability) NO MONEY BACK.

OR

2.Change your reservations to the year 2012 during the same season as originally booked (i.e. high season, low season, mid season), pay the difference or get credited the difference if you want a different week. No money back.
